About Us: Mission
At PS Tax Specialist, LLC, our mission is to maximize our client's profit potential
by minimizing their tax burden through legal means of tax avoidance. Our intention
and goal is to assist the taxpayer in understanding why they have to do what they
have to do in record keeping in order to operate a successful business.
About Us: History
From the President:
In 1982 I went to work for a small CPA firm in Casper Wyoming. One of my job requirements
was to replace tax law updates as they came in, e.g., it was my responsibility to
keep the current law changes up to date so I would sit and read them all as I replaced
the onion skin paper each time the laws changed.
I fell in love with the tax law then...
I learned a lot in a very short time and decided one day I would have my own tax
practice. In November of 1986 I started my own practice and ran it until we again
were transferred to California. Several of my clients followed me there. In 1997
we were transferred to Texas and I went to work for Bob Rachel E.A. until November
2001, at which time I purchased a portion of his practice and started this firm.
